Easy solution, pay more. But actually, when they do surveys, the reason most people give for leaving a job ... a bad manager. So sick of this "govt. is paying people so no one wants to work" BS, just bad managers making excuses because they can't come up with legitimate solutions.
Farmers want to cash govt. checks then complain about people who don't want to work part-time for peanuts and crappy boss?
