It helps if you’ve been an employee at one time in your career and still think like one when you hire and give direction. We have had a lot of part time help around here with longevity. Been blessed with good folks and our motto is we treat you better than family...
With an attitude like that, they’ll keep coming back and if they don’t they’ll usually try to point out a good replacement for themselves too.
