NW Indiana | Great factual post, the problem is Joe doesn't even look at facts as they don't fit his agenda. I'll add to your post that if you back off a couple outlier years like 2004(4 more just by backing 2004 back to trend) you get even more record yields.
So where should the dot be? Sure is a lot of dots above that junk line.
