There are some stories out there about it shifting and some cracks but nothing I'd put too much credence in. There is a live web cam that shows the "current" 3 G.

Who knows if shows actual conditions... we are talking about Communists there.

What I'd rather see (and the webcam doesn't show) are the sides in better detail. If 3G does top out I suspect the most interesting portions of the dam will be the sides. I'm guessing those would erode before the dam itself fails. 

Going forward there might be substantial damage to 3G. What the cavitation has done to the discharge outlets.

China is intentionally damaging itself by flooding low lying areas to save Wuhan and other major cities. As of this moment it looks like 3G survives.
