Northeast Nebraska | If a person with drive and skill can make 100k a year doing something else, why would they want to do all the grunt work on your farm for you? Anyone with a brain knows the only future in farming is when they own the land. No future in just being a hired guy. I'm sure if you were willing to pay 80-100k per year for skilled help you could find someone. Or with a contract stating after X number of years, you will rent them land. | |
