Rural landowners are responsible for snow cleaning out to the township or

county road.  Our township has a maintainer, so it gets done right away, I was

out with my snow blower this morning to go through some bad spots that needed

some help, makes his job easier.  A pickup could not have passed through.

I just do it, although the TS has offered to help pay.
