County does them all here. Goal is to have the entire county done in right around 24 working hours. Paved roads almost always same day. 9 tandem dump trucks, 2 pickup plows, 7 full time road graders and 2 of us that jump out of our trucks and into 2 spare graders. I can't see how 12 townships would handle it in a uniform manor. Maybe in an all rural county...
