There's so many things wrong with that system I can't even begin to list them here.
Cast iron pipe to boot. That stuff was great in it's day but it's really difficult to seal now and a Bitch to work with. Get a good plumber in there and replace it with some PVC and correct the installation / location of that washer drain, it is all wrong.
