Kaukauna WI		John, I don't like Nuflor, it rarely works but did this time. It is not our first line of defense, that's for sure.

Is a producer supposed to take issue with a veterinarian for prescribing a drug off-label? If you thought that was the only way to save the cow, you wouldn't do it? You would go against vet recommendations and just give up on the cow? Our bottle says it is used for pneumonia and mastitis. So obviously it is for lactating cows, or at least it was at the time the label was printed in 2011. Our vet suggested we try Nuflor a month ago. In any event, we tested the urine because we gave the cow two different types of antibiotics close to the same time frame, and don't want to take any chances.
