Pipestone MN | My sister and her hubby are building a new house, his man cave is going to be under the 3 car garage!! Concrete walls and concrete span over the top with 3-4" concrete poured over the top of that, should be one heck of a storm shelter, and quiet. I have seen garages that the lower level they can drive in vehicles in from other side, kinda like a walkin basement, so it is vehicle parking up and down, no bedrooms obove the vehicles, lots of storage.... sound good to me... | |
