Jackson County, AL | Been debating same thing. Report back when you decide. BTW dad has a 30x30 garage but only has two cars in it. I guess I can see 3 cars being possible since he has a work bench on one wall, mower and four wheelers in front of vehicles, and freezers fridge on one side. He has plenty of room to walk around everything with a wide aisle between the vehicles where he keeps the air compressor and garbage can between the doors. He drives a extended cab Z71 and mom has a highlander. If it weren't for all the junk in the way it would be a very spacious garage.
Also, I have a brick/block mason uncle and in spite of his profession he encouraged me to look at the poured concrete walls over concrete filled block. He said the labor was less and it came with a guarantee. Said he thought the cost may be pretty close but he couldn't do a guarantee on his work. He also liked the spray on waterproofing on the basement walls. | |
