complaining won't solve the problem ,but if epa concentrated on oil exploration they wouldn't even look at agriculture.there are thousands maybe tens of thousands of gallons of diesel used in a single well for fracturing among other chemicals witch do not have to be reported. why bother with 1321 gallons?
