Wife and I have about quit eating chicken breast because we can’t seem to find any that are tender. We have a Sanderson Farm plant in town and I believe it’s where all our chicken comes from regardless of the brand. I toured the plant when I was in college and saw them packaging four different brands that day. I get it,, it’s manufacturing basically and you’ve gotta keep the plant running.
It doesn’t matter if we buy sandersons, H-E-B, walmart, no name they are all tough as heck. We’ve baked them, fried them, boiled them and grilled them and they 90% of the time are tough. We’ve cooked fast, cooked slow etc and no change. Are we the only ones having issues with tough chicken? Help a guy out! Would a pressure cooker make them tender?
