Supermarkets are caught in the same trap as farmers... its a race to the bottom where the low cost provider survives and everyone else goes by the way side. What's low cost provider mean? I means they buy the cheapest product they can get and try to sell it for as much as they can get.. .the result.. tough pork loins and leathery chicken breasts. If you want quality you have to go to the local butcher or at the very least the meat counter in the store.
