Most meats nowdays I sous vide, very forgiving like a crockpot but won't overcook like one. Season the meat, stick it in a bag, and throw it in the water bath. It works well for people watching their diet because no extra fats are needed for cooking.
Curious as to know when they have reached set temperature? Can you sous vide frozen meats?
