What other industry has government reports about its commodity that moves the market weekly and monthly. The government doesn't want farmers to have a free market, it wants cheap raw materials to create affordable food. Can you imagine if the price of food moved seasonally in this country like it does in the rest of the world? Do you understand why Americans have more disposable income than other countries?
