NE IA | my advice would be for you to stumble back out of this forum.
But since you're here, just a few things.
1. Not our choice to receive subsidies, but your government wants all to have cheap food, so somethings gotta give, right?
2. Price takers vs. price makers. Last time I paid a repair bill or bought parts , the price was set by ownership/management, not CBOT or CME board, less basis, please correct me if inaccurate.
3. Not sure of intentions here, but if it is the desire of you and others who share your sentiment to be "special" as well, farms are for sale every day, saddle up.
4. Lastly, the new pickup and vacation card is way overplayed, you can do better next time. And I will maintain the position that very few people in this country will put themselves through what farmers do. Unfortunately statistics on suicide rates in rural America vs. the general population will validate that to some extent. My condolences to anyone who has had to deal with that grim reality. | |
