pig, chicken, sheep, or goat. I would pass on dairy cows right now. Personally, I spend most days smelling like cow and chicken. In a year, I’ll probably add goat to that too. I’ll be one fragrant SOB. You have to do something that other people won’t do if you aren’t starting up with much. Everybody wants to be a crop farmer, people don’t like being tied down with livestock.
How is a young farmer going to make it?
