Secondly if you're taking on a trucking business without much equity or experience it might take you backwards instead of forward.
If you were my son I would tell you to get a job with your Econ degree and start saving as much as possible to build up as much nest egg as you can.
Most land deals don't go to auction, if you get some cash saved start talking to realtors, it doesn't always work like most young guys think. Not everyone wants to sell to the big guys.
