| That sounds like a dream set up. Retiring elder who will ease you into his rented land and presumably give you a good deal usage of his equipment? It doesn't get much better than that. I'll be well into my 50s until I get to take over the farm!
Funny though, we got some ground taken (fair and square) from us by some young guys who own a trucking company. That could be you some day! LOL Lucky for us this stuff barely counts as tillable. Twas a blessing in disguise.
