NW Central Ohio | I have a plan for the next time a utility company does that to me. I'm going to park a tractor on each side of the biggest machine they have in my field...pull the keys....and wait till the sheriff shows up. They can't touch my tractors...and I can't touch their trucks. The sheriff can't tell me to let them go...because I'm not detaining them...I'm just parking my tractors wherever I feel like it on my property....and they can't force me to move them if they aren't on their easement. I figure there's going to be a lot of shouting going on....and my attorney is going to be on speed dial...but there isn't a damn thing they can do to you as far as I know. When the CEO from their company calls me and wants to know why I'm pissed...I'm going to tell them I'm not pissed....but they are going to leave a truck on my property until I get paid what I feel like for the damage they did. | |
