I would mention it to them and move on. I like my power to come on after an outage and if you're a butt to them you might be the last one to get fixed in an outage. People do remember things. I also know it's not that difficult to fix some ruts in a field with a tractor and a disk or blade. I've done it many time with combine ruts and we're all still waking up every day.
