NC ia | If you recieve power from them at your home place it may be better just make it apparent to the guys who did it that you are not happy and just move on specially with an REC. If you help them out once they may remember that someday after a bad ice storm. Surely they should have not of been outside the right of way but it happens.
And I'm sure if Ithis was dry it would have been a different story due to the fact the reason they were outside the right of way was because they thought it was a better path to keep from getting stuck. Is It it right? No. But I'm sure that was the thinking.
