Northern Illinois
So your dealing with a utility that has damaged a production area? Well with some experience with dealing with utilities in similar situations, this should trigger a massive response from your farm. You'll need at least 4 teams of men sitting in official pickups, some in tractors with very specialized soil structure repair equipment( rippers , at least 2), a skid steer or two, and at least 3 loaded semis with dirt on waiting at field entrance with strobe lights. This response should be no more expensive than $10,000 an hour from the time you left your shop, had 3 coffee breaks and cleaned off road after all equipment has left, including the farm emergency response trucks.
