ncia | be very careful about your response. I know this was very very irritating and possibly irresponsible on their part, but....I would never ever want to tick off my local rec employees. I like electricity ALOT and if you make too big of a fuss you could be on their $hit list for sure. When the next ice storm comes, guess whose service will be last. Just my opinion.
I deal with 2 rec's (heartland power out of Thompson iowa and prairie energy out of garner iowa). both companies are very good to deal with and the employees are very helpful.
