I spent 6 hours in jail over a contractor putting a water line in on a farm I rent. I talked to the Sheriff Depty that  I called That morning and told him what was going on spoke to contractor and he said he had an easement and he could go anywhere he wanted to. Talk to my lawer he told me to try and work things out first came back from lawer office and sheriff dupty was looking for me for parking a tractor in front of gate to keep them from letting my cows out or some one from going in and  getting hurt by bull. He charged me with disobeying a police officer and Disorderly conduct. handcuffed me and put me in jail. We have a contractor that donates a lot of money to the county and the States attorney  told the depty  to arrest me. Turned out this was not the contractor they thought it has. so charges got dropped.     Take lots of pictures and write everything down.
