Maybe if some of those land investment groups had stayed out of ag land then the price/taxes wouldn't have gotten this high. The gravy train has run off the tracks and they didn't even see it coming.

If the value of land was cut in half, the levy would be double. The $100 tax we have on 10,000 ground now, would be a $100 tax on $5000 ground then |
