Nebraska | Curious badjaccs as what school system your land is located in? I'm shocked that they levies are still that high. Here in our school district, the levy has now dropped to a general fund levy to 60 cents.
The one thing that puzzles me though on the opposite side is the farmers complaining about land values, and then in my area the last 3 months we have an irrigated 1/4 sell for $10,100 and a dryland 1/4 sell for $9050. So hard to complain "here" as both buyers were local farmers... | |
