S.E. Iowa | I need to ask a couple of questions, Im not trying to start a fight only get some answers. Who joins this program, what are the ages of the people and what are the backgrounds. The one card says that this is not an insurance plan, so does that mean you have no insurance and how does that fit in with the law where I thought that everyone had to have insurance. I think if this plan is marketed to young white families with college education living in the country or suburbs then the medical costs per family would be relatively smaller, than if the subscribers were older people 60 and over or minority families liking in the inner cities. Is there some review of those applying for membership in the program. What happens if I what to join the program but already have cancer or health problems. | |
