looks like you have a good way of making your operation work. I forgot to answer your question, farmland here brings from 3500 to 6500 depending on how good it is. There would be a shoot out for land that cheap around here!!! Man at 6500 I'd sign my soul away for a some! 16-18 here! a 230 acre farm got sold in june to settle an estate and that got insanely out of hand 20,500. One buyer that's been buying almost every acre and even buying stuff that wasn't for sale until he clicked his pen to write the check. |
