I am not having any trouble renting my ground. they are standing in line in my area waiting for some ground to become available to rent or to buy. I think you should have some idea who was responsible for your so called inflated land values. I sit here and have no way personally to move the price of land either way. I am not interested in either buying or selling any land. so you big farmers have inflated the land by fighting over it yourselves. the guys that are always whining over high rent or high land prices have done it by yourself.
Well it looks like you have it all figured out, except for who I am. If you have such a long line of renters and would like a better return, raise the rent. Original thread question answered.
