Sep1 is the lease termination deadline, but very few rents are renegotiated until after harvest in my experience.
Thats where you are. Around here if you balk at rent or send a lease termination notice you're out.
Same here ken. Whats the going rate for rent your way? "here" you could still get 300 for decent ground. Not that i would pay that but others would.
