sorry for misunderstanding, the land value that I am using is $6000+ per acre. I could get a little more rent, but our families go way back. no way do I want to loose this guy, I get tired of us landlords getting blamed on this site for being the cause of high rent and high land prices. I cannot do anything about either one.
