cash rent up, steady, or down for 2016. will soon be time to start to negotiate. I do not see any big operators hurting in my neighborhood
Don't know your location but in Iowa most rents were set sept 1. Steady to slightly down. In my case I gave up 1/3 of my rented ground due to a disagreement of rent. 2 guys were willing to outbid me. I wish them luck.
