Qulin, MO | You need to get a timeline figured out with them, then put it in writing. Then once the time has passed, if the stuff is still there you need to deny them access to the property.
My parents bought a cabin with some storage sheds on the property. The seller said at closing he would have them cleaned out in a few weeks. That didn't happen. We finally moved a pile of stainless steel that he had there to our farm because it was attracting thieves. They got into the sheds too and took some things also. He finally came to get some things after s year had passed. He accused us of taking things the thieves had stolen and some things, including an old van, that his wife had removed. He even came up to the cabin and broke into a porch that my dad had tools stored in looking for things and took a weather vane off the roof. After that, dad told him not to come back on the property, that he was done.
