Nevada, Iowa | You mentioned that it was expressed at closing that they would need some time and you mentioned that closing was about a week ago. That's not much time in my way of thinking but why don't you just ask them what they have in mind? If it doesn't fit your parameters, explain what you'd like to see. If that meets with a dead end, get the attorney involved again. It's only my opinion but since there was nothing in writing at the closing, I think anything left belongs to you. You may use that as leverage to get it moved. Try nice first while finding out what you can legally do. | |
