Organic is filling a need, the same as any other specialty crops are. It is perfectly legal and perfectly moral. Its not for everyone as some cannot handle the management it requires...I would guess you would fall into that category. I don't care if ANYONE else switches to organic, as I'd rather continue to reap the profits of a demand market. What I don't like is the blatant attacks from the likes of you on a fellow farmer. This whole thread is demeaning and full of ignorance and dishonest statements. I can only guess at yours and others' motives for such behavior. | |
