It is fairly prevalent on this site that there is a very large disconnect between consumers and commercial agriculture. It isn't all the consumers fault either.
I do not agree. I have yet to have met or read of a consumer who prefers to starve rather than to eat. That is the bottom line, in spite of what the consumer may or may not be told.
Agriculture in general is working to fill that need. |
