western iowa,by Denison | I posted long ago in crop talk Tara about my friend was lowering his rents to his landlords-I think 50 slaming post's followed-he had given notice to his landlords and granted he only farms 8,000 acres and rents 80% of his ground he was kinda concerned he would be adding $50 to every piece of ground to have the privalage to farm it-6400x $50 and he would only be loosing $320,000 so he did end up with more realistic rent from landlords and a couple said they would rent to someone else but came back when no one would come close to his rent offer
It was truly amazing how everyone had justified high rent-no different then feeding cattle I guess
it was a post on 8-29-2014 -I think 40,000 hits and several more around that time
everyones a hero when everything works-show a little pesstimism and you are a zero-which if you are using your own money those optimist don't give a crap if you go broke
