Just know what subcontractors and companies to call at each stage of building. You can build a house under your name every two years without a builders license. (here at least). I thought the northern folks didn't like crawlspaces due to pipes freezing and what not. A slab is the cheapest route. Brick it and you'll never worry about the outside again. 2,200 square foot or bigger. | |
