Where are you at in ND?  We are talking with Gimmels up by Fordville about doing a house for us next year.  We've been dealing with getting the financing inplace and so far it sucks but we have to do something at least.  Gimmel was coming in cheaper by about $10,000 over any of the other modular places.  The nice thing with him is it's all in 1 piece not several when it gets moved onto your spot.  He doesn't do the flooring or moving but even when I bid out flooring and other stuff he was still coming in under what a "complete" set up would be from someone else.
