KS | There are plenty of different options to build a house for $200K. At least a well constructed site built home should hold value instead of depreciating from the time you walk in the door the first time. I have lived in two mobile homes and truly appreciate my ICF home that we built. If you have time, look around for a kit home or work with your local lumber yard for some plans/supplies.
I would say that an ICF home is pretty user friendly and can go up fairly quickly with a little planning. | |
