Gladstone's portfolio is primarily berry and veggie ground in California, a center pivot deal on the Columbia River, a bunch of Blueberry pieces in Michigan and western Oregon, and a corn farm in Wilcox AZ. Lesson is don't let these small cap stock values be a bell weather for the corn belt.
