Me thinks as long as the quota industries ( poultry and dairy) exist in Ontario the floor price for land will stay fairly high. They will be the rich kid with the t top Camaro that will come along and give the guy that's puking in the bushes girlfriend a ride home and I will still be trying to get my moped started :(
