worst case is when a Dr. or Lawyer buys a farm because most times as soon as value increases much they flip it or raise rents.

why is that a bad thing? If Dr or Lawyer put the farm on the market that just allows farmers another chance to buy something they passed on earlier.

with rents??? why shouldn't a Dr or Lawyer get a rent that is on par with what the land is worth? If they are asking to much they will not be able to find a renter. If someone is willing to pay the rent then they are not asking to much.
