Subject: 1970's

Buxton ND
Couple years back if I brought up the 70's I got blasted back to the stone age........
NOWWWWWWWWW,it seems I'm NOT the only one................................................................
In the 70's land prices were the last thing to crash, had to burn equity first............... I don't see any reason for it to be any different this go around UNLESS the investors ? ? ?

We all have seen investors come and go in what ever market,,,its all fun and games when things are on the rise, then reality sets in and the investors leave. Recently,,,the corn market comes to mind...................

Investment funds in land *****THAT'S A SCARY BLANKING THOUGHT*****
This IS DIFFERENT then the 1970's
