I think the problem with the fund is in management fees
farmland like single family houses take a lot of management per unit to be done economically just takes to much time to do on the cheap and in Mass.
lastly Investors will say they have a long time frame view when investing but lose money for 2 years and that view gets much shorter -- just human nature
Farmland investments take a hit
