The most important thing in my opinion is keep the slab dry. Moisture will wick the heat rite out of the slab. Our floor was installed with foam around the the outside wall the thickness of the slab and back under the slab 2'. The slab is high and dry and under laid with gravel. This was what I was told to do in 89. Never build a building at ground level or below. You guys that use fiberglass and cellulose should get awards from PETA for providing housing for vermin. Just my opinion and you know what they say about nose's and opinions---everybody has one.
