Nail the 2" pink stuff to your baseboard vertically as deep as you want to go. Some will recommend 2-4', we put ours about 1' because we didn't want to dig anymore. I was told by the contractor that we only needed to go as deep as the floor (6.5"). We put 2" pink horizontally under the whole floor, stapled the tubing directly to it carefully putting the rebar up on chairs. Also filled the walls and ceiling with blown cellulose, it is very economical.
