E. CO, exactly half way between NE and OK
Here in east central Colorado I pay $1.50 an acre dryland cropland and $.40 on grassland. We have oil production that pays a large portion in the district but that is decreasing. Our local district valuation has dropped from 100 million six years ago to 37 million this year.
